Clear Audit Management: Greenfield Safety Compliance Platform

As Lead UX Designer, I architected the end-to-end user experience from scratch for Clear Audit Management, a greenfield enterprise platform designed to streamline safety compliance for industrial facilities pursuing OSHA Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) recognition. To replace a manual, paper-intensive quadrennial audit process, I facilitated client discovery workshops, established user personas, and mapped customer journeys to align product vision with complex regulatory requirements.

Working in close partnership with a Lead Business Analyst, I translated these insights from early wireframes into polished, high-fidelity UI designs. The resulting solution paired a central desktop web portal for document management and audit Q&A with a companion mobile app that enabled field auditors to log and annotate real-time hazard photos, drastically reducing audit preparation overhead for compliance teams.
